Do you handle all mandates alone?
My principle is that all my mandates are a matter for the boss, because only when I am fully on the subject can I give my clients effective advice. Nevertheless, I get active support from experts in my network on numerous projects.
There are always specialists who can simply do certain things better. In my career, I have learned to "delegate" where necessary, without losing focus on the goal.
I am a freelance consultant in cooperation with the international US consulting and sales company MIAMI free wear & partner. A whole range of top-class specialists with the same "mindset" have found themselves under this roof. All clients benefit from this
concentrated expertise.
Are you available as a temporary employee?
I discuss the plan and the goal with my clients in advance. The result is what matters, not the number of hours I am present or the status of an employee. The amount of time I spend on site depends on the specific mandate and can be very high at specific times (trade fairs or events). I do not see my CONSULTING service as an employee, but as a partner for a common cause.
How long do you want to work?
Actually, I have never "worked", but have always pursued my passions. I am passionately interested in all of my tasks and projects and as long as the fire in me "burns" and my health allows it, I will continue to be available for cool and interesting projects.
Are you tied to a location?
I am FREE COSMOPILTAN in the truest sense of the word. I live where I am needed most and where I like it. No matter where you live, you will have the feeling that I will be very close to you and your project.
Do you work on a contingency basis?
I work on an hourly and daily basis. I am generally open to a certain amount of performance-related components.
How much does your consultation cost?
My advice costs only a fraction of what it will bring you. If this is not clear in advance, there is no point in a consulting assignment. My general hourly rates are in the range of manager fees, which are based on hours, days or an individual consulting period. In any case, the question of fees is clarified in advance and before I start my work.
I offer the initial consultation free of charge (with reimbursement of travel expenses). I only conduct initial consultations in person.
Do you have minimum requirements?
I do not set any minimum requirements and accept new mandates based on criteria that I consider to be more important. What is important is the content and the added value for you as the client. It only makes sense if I feel that my advice can add value for you and your project.
