40 WEFT

The family-run BLACK SHEEP Spa group of companies from Calenzano has been producing "Italy - Fashion" since 1957 and has been one of the leading brands for men's trousers in Italy since the 1990s. I was entrusted with the reorganization of sales in Germany.

WISE MAN CLUB

The idea was born in Florence in the "Caffè Gilli". They have style, they have status, they have time, they have money: the baby boomer generation is currently the most affluent target group in fashion. A "baby boomer trio" created the brand and a success story began...

Konishi - 4th generation

The KONISHI Koi Farm is one of the most successful Japanese Koi fish breeders. KONISHI Europe GmbH entrusted me with the "4th Generation" project. Koi fish lovers have the highest quality requirements and they immediately "fell in love" with the "4th Generation" products.

FUNKY STAFF

What began as T-shirts on red hangers in the "Pronto Moda" segment took the "Short Term System" market by storm. 700 specialist retailers at home and abroad and countless consumers became "Funky fans". I was able to design and accompany the "rapid" journey from the very beginning.

We make you aware

The legal requirements during the Corona pandemic threatened to destroy the livelihoods of thousands of specialist retailers. I didn't want to just stand by and do nothing and started the protest campaign "We make people aware", which, together with a great team, helped save many livelihoods.

SWIPE & FIND is the name of the software that enables a BRAND to map all important stages of the value chain in a single system. As a BRAND, you can enter master data centrally and have it at every point in the process.

FUNKY CAP

FUNKY_CAP was a "lightning bolt project". When the general "hat boom" started and really gained momentum, a "hat project" was started without further ado. The sister brand of FUNKY STAFF, called "FUNKY_CAP", exploded within a short period of time. FUNKY_CAP fans still love their hats to this day.

SULU

From 1991 to 2011, the entire focus was on the SULU brand. Together with 40 employees, we built SULU from scratch. The unmistakable designer signature, the fine fabrics and yarns and the high-quality workmanship formed the core of the brand. SULU was one of the "TOP THREE" brands in the so-called instant business.
